New Date

What is the concert day corresponding to my ticket?

Tickets purchased through Seetickets or through the website www.concertocoimbra.pt will be for the concert on the 25th of June. Tickets purchased through Blueticket will be for the concert on the 26th of June.

My ticket date is June 26th. Is a procedure necessary?

Tickets purchased through Blueticket, which includes FNAC, Worten, etc., do not require any procedure or action. The current ticket is still valid, and you only need to present it at the entrance of the stadium.

Tickets purchased through the official website, www.concertocoimbra.pt, or through Seetickets are valid for June 25th. The ticket must be reissued, which will be sent by email by the ticket office. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check it for spam.

What was the criteria used for the separation of dates?

Our main criteria and priority have always been the safety of the public. In compliance with DGS indications, the spacing between chairs was increased, making it necessary to divide the capacity into two dates. Consequently, some seats had to be reassigned to ensure the recommended distance. The extra date will allow the public of Andrea Bocelli to feel safe, since only 50% of the expected capacity will be occupied. In this way, we can guarantee the distance between seats, people and there is greater control of the public circulation in the venue.

How can I request my ticket to be reissued? 

If you purchased your ticket through Seetickets or on the website www.concertocoimbra.pt, before the announcement of the new date, you received an email with a link to download the new ticket, with updated date and place.

If you purchased through Blueticket, you do not need to reissue your ticket.

I bought a ticket for the 26th and not the 25th. I won’t be able to go to the concert. Is there a possibility of a refund?

Under Decree-Law No. 10-I / 2020, and in accordance with number 8 of its article 4, we inform that “the rescheduling of the show does not give rise to a refund of the ticket price, nor can imply an increase in the respective cost for those who, at the date of rescheduling, were already its bearer”. MOT – Memories of Tomorrow follows the recommendations of the Portuguese authorities and the exceptional and temporary measures to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic disease in the cultural and artistic field.

I bought my ticket at FNAC and I have a physical ticket. What do I need to do?

Tickets purchased at FNAC stores do not need any changes or procedures. Just present your ticket at the stadium’s door on the 26th of June. 

If I want to go to the concert on the 25th too, do I have to buy a new ticket?

Yes, and you can buy it at www.concertocoimbra.com or at the usual sites.

On the day of the concert will you be reissuing tickets?

Why did you pass me to the 25th of June, if there are still tickets for the 26th?

For security reasons and following the rules defined by the DGS, sectors were divided between the two days, as well as the stadium capacity, to increase the safety distance between seats. To try to keep the positions of the seats in relation to the stage as much as possible, half of the sectors remained on the date of June 26th and the other half was relocated to the 25th. That is why some sectors are not available for the 26th.

I want to buy tickets for the 26th, but I went to your website, and I could not get it. It was only available for the 25th. Where can I buy it?

You can buy your tickets at www.blueticket.pt or usual places.

Seating

How can I discover my new place?

The numbering of the seats remains the same as that of the tickets in hand and you can see here the updated location of the sectors on the map of the venue.

Will the seats purchased together be side by side? 

We reorganized the seats to try to keep the tickets purchased in the same purchase, together. If you have purchased separate tickets, you can make a request here: http://www.concertocoimbra.pt/data-extra/#contact.

I bought a ticket for sector 9A, but now on the map this sector appears twice. How do I know which side to sit on? 

The sectors were mirrored in the stadium, that is, the same sector exists on both sides of the stadium and aims to comply with the safety distance. To check if your sector will be on the west or east side of the stadium, you should check the queue on your ticket. Rows A, C, E, G, I, K, M, O, Q, S, U, W and Y will be on the east side, while rows B, D, F, H, J, L, N, P, R, T, V, X and Z will be on the west side. However, sectors 2A, 3A, 4A, 5B, 6B, 24B and 26B are exceptions, as they will not be divided between the two sides of the stadium. I bought a ticket to be close to the stage. Do I have to move now?  

We understand your situation and, therefore, we reorganized the seats to try and maintain the positions of the seats in relation to the stage, to the maximum. You can consult the new location of your sector at www.concertocoimbra.pt/2021.

I bought seats in a row with my husband, but now I am in the front row, and he is in the back row. I want to sit next to him, what should I do?

We reorganized the seats trying to keep the tickets purchased in the same purchase, together. The seats will have a safety distance between them and people from the same household must also comply with the distance defined by DGS during the concert.

Date Change

Is it possible to change the day of the concert? 

It is not possible to change the day. If you prefer going on the 25th of June, you will have to buy a new ticket.

I do not reside in mainland Portugal, and I already bought a trip to the concert on the 26th, but my ticket is for the concert on the 25th. Is there a possibility to change my ticket to the 26th?

For security reasons and following the rules defined by DGS, the sectors were divided between the two days, as well as the stadium capacity, so the sector you chose is not available for the 26th. Security

Is the use of a mask mandatory?

Yes, the use of a mask is mandatory before, during and after the show. We recommend the use of a surgical mask. Anything that is cloth masks, we do not advise, however they are not prohibited.

Will the temperature be measured at the entrance?

Yes, the entire audience will have to measure the temperature before entering.

Will there be distance between seats?

Yes, all the rules stipulated by the DGS will be complied with and there will be distance between seats on the lawn and on the benches. 

Can I go to the concert even without being vaccinated? 

Yes, the concert is for anyone, over 3 years of age, and who is healthy.

How long in advance do I have to arrive?

The doors will open at 7:30 pm, which will allow the public more time to arrive and enter safely and calmly. We advise you to arrive as soon as possible.

Will there be disinfection of the chairs, both on the lawn and on the benches?  

Yes, regular cleaning of seats, common areas and contact points, such as handrails and sanitary facilities, will be carried out.

Will there be points of alcohol gel throughout the venue?

Yes, we will provide alcohol gel stations throughout the premises.

Do I have to test for Covid-19 to attend the event?

No, the public will not be tested for Covid-19 at the entrance to the venue. We recommend using a surgical mask throughout the event and regular hand hygiene.

Do I have to present a negative Covid-19 test at the entrance? 

No, it will not be necessary to present a negative test. We recommend using a surgical mask throughout the event and regular hand hygiene.
